Media & Podcast

Rather than speaking about change, these conversations invite people to experience it in real time.

This work is best understood by witnessing it.

While ideas can be explained, presence cannot.
Emotional attunement, safety, and connection are lived experiences — and that is what my podcast is designed to offer.

The Avive la Vie Podcast

The Avive la Vie Podcast is not a discussion show.

It is a space where people are invited to engage with this work live — on camera — so others can witness what experiential, connection-based work actually looks like.

Guests are not asked to perform, impress, or explain themselves. They are invited to slow down, attune to their inner experience, and meet what is present with honesty and care.

The intention is simple: to make visible what is usually private.

Through these conversations, listeners can feel the difference between:

  • talking about emotions, and
  • being with them.

This is not entertainment. It is a lived experience.

Why This Work Translates to Media

Media environments often prioritize certainty, opinions, and performance.

My work brings something different:

Connection

jf (8)

Presence

jf (7)

Emotional honesty

jf (6)

And a willingness to stay with what is true rather than what is polished

Listeners often report that simply witnessing this kind of presence creates a shift — not because they are persuaded, but because they recognize themselves.

Featured Conversations & Appearances

In addition to hosting the Avive la Vie Podcast, I appear as a guest on podcasts, panels, and interviews focused on:

jf (1)

emotional presence and nervous-system safety

jf (1)

addiction beyond shame-based models

jf (1)
belonging, authenticity, and human connection
jf (1)
experiential approaches to healing and growth
jf (1)

the limits of insight-only change

These conversations often resonate because they move away from abstraction and return to what is human, immediate, and real.
